NovaOptimizer is a product of Rendecraft Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 15585165, with its registered office at Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Horndean, Waterlooville PO8 0BT, United Kingdom.

NovaOptimizer is sold under three one-time-purchase license plans: 1 Week, 1 Month, and Lifetime. Each plan grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on a single device for the duration stated at the time of purchase, except that a Lifetime licence may be transferred once to a replacement device.

All plans are one-time payments. None of our plans automatically renew, and we do not store payment details for recurring billing. Access under the 1 Week and 1 Month plans ends automatically at the end of the stated term unless a further purchase is made.

All prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, a license key is generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for keeping your license key confidential. Rendecraft is not responsible for licenses lost due to an incorrect email address supplied by you.

You agree to use NovaOptimizer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

NovaOptimizer applies configuration changes to Windows system settings, drivers, and network parameters that are exposed by the operating system itself. While every tweak is tested and designed to be reversible, Rendecraft cannot guarantee compatibility with every hardware or software configuration and is not liable for performance results, which vary by system.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rendecraft Limited's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including through unauthorised resale or misuse of a license key. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond what is provided for in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
